Participant partners

« Back to Glossary Index

Individuals who are representative of the population of interest in a study, as well as their family members, caregivers, and the organizations that represent them. Participant partners are not to be confused with participants; participant partners are members of the research team and involved in the planning, conduct, and dissemination of the research, whereas participants are those individuals enrolled in the study.
