Office of Sponsored Research (OSR)

A compliance office within the UNC-Chapel Hill Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research (OVCR) that facilitates sponsored research. OSR principal functions include award compliance with relevant regulations, proposal review and submission, award negotiating and management, financial report and cash management, cost analysis and research service center (recharge) rate development, time and effort reporting monitoring and oversight, training, and development for research administration personnel.
