North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences (NC TraCS) Institute

A UNC School of Medicine (SOM) institute that is supported by the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) through a Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) Program award, works to accelerate clinical and translational research from health science to discovery to dissemination of patients and communities by providing training opportunities, proposal development, pilot funding and other opportunities. NC TraCS Institute is one of 60 CTSA medical research institutions (or hubs) working together as a national consortium to improve the way biomedical research is conducted. UNC SOM: NC TraCS
