Noncompliance

Any noncompliance that is not potential Serious Noncompliance nor Continuing Noncompliance is not Promptly Reportable Information (PRI) and must be documented in the research record (e.g., study deviation log) with a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Plan, as applicable.
