Industry Contracting (IC)

A function of the UNC-Chapel Hill Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) responsible for reviewing and executing agreements with industry for sponsored projects, including the Sponsored Research Agreement (SRA) and the Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA). The team is also responsible for the industry, federal, non-profit Data Use Agreement (DUA), Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) and research confidentiality agreement (e.g., the Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA)) as well as other unfunded agreements.
